History

Homedeliverybags.com is a domain name of the Digital Selling Group Netherlands which has been active as a wholesaler since 1980. Online sales have been done by us since 1999 when webshops were still very special. The Digital Selling Group has started with stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, mainly in electronics. After the depreciation of electronic components and accessories, a new target group was sought and it was decided to deliver dishes that were sold online to our affiliated restaurants. This was before the emergence of Thuisbezorgd, Take Away and Just-Eat and turned out to be too early in the development of home delivery meals. However, this was the impetus to start selling good yet affordable delivery bags. That's what we're doing now.

We can then calmly sort out your question and answer you completely. The phone is therefore not always busy. There is no shop in Valkenswaard where you can walk in to view and buy articles. Our sales go exclusively through the internet web shops. You cannot pick up products.

Due to the often low purchase price, most customers pay in advance at our postal bank, bank, via Ideal or PayPal; the costs are then 9.00 euros per shipping box. Since we only deliver to companies, consumer legislation does not apply. Of course we want you to use the right bags. We can therefore, only after consultation via email and within 3 days after delivery, exchange wrong bags that are in new condition and absolutely unused for a more fitting model. In that case, the buyer pays the return costs and also the additional shipping costs.

We offer a 6-month warranty on the bags. This warranty applies only under normal use and not if the heated bags are used wet. When requesting a warranty, this is first checked by us. Cables can fail due to poor contact in the car cigarette lighter plug. Clean or lightly polish this plug for a good connection.
